Hi! I'm Cori!
The founder, heart, + hands
behind Coriosity Co.
I started this space not just as an outlet for creativity, but as an invitation to reclaim play, curiosity, and connection especially for those of us who’ve been living on autopilot.
I first discovered art journaling during a season of intentional untangling. At the time, I was in a group coaching program, working to separate my sense of self-worth from my career as a corporate creative. My coach challenged me to create something just for me AND not on a screen. That invitation hit deeper than I expected. I’d grown up crafting and making with my hands, but somewhere along the way, I’d stopped. Picking up paint, glue, and paper again felt strangely vulnerable… and completely freeing.
From that moment on, art journaling became more than a creative outlet. It became a way back to myself.
Coriosity Co. was born out of that rediscovery. It's a space where intuition meets imagination, where you can make something without needing a reason, and where you can play simply because you're human.
I believe we were never meant to “grow out” of curiosity. When we stop making time for play, we start to forget who we are. My mission is to help you reconnect with your creative voice not for productivity, but for pleasure, presence, and personal truth.
Stay curious, and see what unfolds.
Meet Deena + Tawny
Our seasonal Kids' Curiosity Workshops are lovingly led by my sister Deena and her 7-year-old daughter (and my niece!) Tawny. They are your mother-daughter guides for playful, nature-infused adventures.
Deena brings years of experience leading creative programs for children through organizations like Tinkergarten, Perry County Council of the Arts, the Children in Nature series at Amethyst Retreat Center, and her local homeschool community.
Her superpower? Guiding kids through open-ended art experiences where there’s no “right” answer, just endless possibilities.
Tawny has been part of these explorations since she could walk, learning side-by-side with other curious kids. She’s grown up surrounded by creativity and wild wonder, and she brings that same joyful energy to every workshop.
Together, Deena and Tawny create spaces where kids can connect with nature, get messy, and let their imaginations run wild. Their workshops are designed to foster connection, creativity, and a sense of wonder about the natural world and they can’t wait to play alongside your little ones.
